The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) installed Larry Cerqua, a REALTOR® with over 42 years of experience, as the new Chair of the, succeeding REBGV member and former REBGV chair, Jill Oudil, at CREA's Annual General Meeting in Ottawa on April 18, 2023.

Cerqua has previously held positions on the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board, the Ontario Real Estate Association, and CREA, and most recently served as CREA's chair-elect.

Along with Cerqua, James Mabey was appointed as chair-elect, Valérie Paquin as vice-chair, and Jill Oudil as immediate past chair.

The new board of directors include:
