The Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver’s (REBGV’s) updated Medallion Club policies are now available. You can download your copy here. 

Our Medallion Club policies have changed so REBGV is in alignment with new BC Financial Services Authority (BCFSA) teams definitions announced in April 2023.

With these changes, real estate teams no longer need to complete a Medallion Club teams form or submit forms to disband or change the composition of a team. 

There are also no longer team leaders. All Medallion Club teams will simply have a team name and team members. 

We’re updating our systems to ensure we’re capturing Medallion Club teams information and we anticipate this work to be complete by late fall.
