REALTOR® Linda Stapleton passed away at home surrounded by family on Wednesday June 1, 2022. She was 73 years old.

Linda was born in Wingham, Ontario where she described looking out the farm house window longing to explore the world.

Before her career in real estate, Linda was with the BC Motion Picture Association where she assisted actors and movie industry people when they came to Vancouver.

She was first licensed with Realty World In Town Realty, which became Century 21 In Town Realty in Vancouver, which she stayed with for the duration of her career.

 She was also a past director of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver’s West Side  division and a Medallion Club member, as well as Realty World Salesmaster and Century 21 Centurion.

Linda assisted her clients all over the city but home for her for many years was the West End, preferably West of Denman, where she initially rented and later invested in cat friendly properties.

Linda is survived by her siblings Guelda Holmes (Clarence), Don Stapleton (Marion), and Lloyd Stapleton (Cindi), sister-in-law Joan McLean (Stewart), nieces and nephews Donny, Barry (Terry), Todd (Melissa), Carol (Randy), Becky (Rob), Brad, Jeff (Dena), Kris (Earl), Nancy (Ed) and Cheryl, Karen (Ken), Paul (Esther), Nathalie (Brad), step-daughter Rachelle King (Jeff), and family.
