REALTOR® Sean Jordan sadly and suddenly passed away in July after suffering a brain aneurism on his way to a listing appointment. He was 43.

From an early age, Sean showed entrepreneurial tendencies. He'd often sell parts of his lunch at school to buy hockey cards, which he then sold to his schoolmates.

His first summer job was at Pet Habitat where he purchased a fish tank and used it to breed tropical fish to sell to pet stores. When Pet Habitat closed, he worked for Art Knapp Nurseries where he brought home all the discarded planter pots with the intention of starting his own plant nursery business.

After graduating high school, he was employed by Sysco working the evening shift in the freezer when a friend who worked for Keller Williams encouraged Sean to take the real estate licensing course. He passed and was first licensed in 2007.

Early on in his career, Sean met Doug Wallace and they became fast friends. They began a team, The Property Finders, after moving to One Percent Realty in 2010 and worked together for many years until Doug’s retirement. Sean was a hard-working Realtor who enjoyed helping people, colleagues, and clients alike.

Sean leaves behind his wife Robin and their four-year-old daughter, along with many other friends and colleagues in the industry across the REBGV and Fraser Valley areas.

Celebration of life

A celebration of Sean’s life will be held Saturday, August 26 at 2 pm at Citylife Church, 46641 Chilliwack Central Road, in Chilliwack.
