REALTOR® Vivian Ling Chu Lo passed away in October. She was 72. 

Originally from Hong Kong, Vivian worked as a secretary at a textile company before becoming a Realtor. She was a director with L&D House before opening her own company, Noble House Realty. 

She immigrated to Vancouver in 1994 and by 1997, she had her license and was working for Ker & Ker Limited. She worked for Langara Realty Corp. and Regent Park Fairchild Realty before joining Magsen Realty in 2013, where she’d been ever since. 

In addition to her successful real estate career, Vivian was an active volunteer within the real estate community. She was a member of the Chinese Real Estate Professionals Association (CREPA), serving on its directorate for ten years and twice winning their award for best director. 

Vivian is survived by her daughter Elaine Ku, sisters Pansy and Stella Lo, and brother Vincent Lo. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the BC Cancer Foundation in Vivian’s memory.

Vivian’s funeral service will be at 10 am October 28 at the Ocean View Funeral Home, 4000 Imperial Street in Burnaby. If you’re unable to attend, you can watch a live stream of the service here.
