REBGV CEO, Jeff King partnered with the BC Real Estate Association to pen an article for Real Estate Magazine (REM). 

This op-ed explores the consumer-side of industry disruption, citing past examples where rapid innovation benefitted consumers of different industries.

The authors assess whether these industries were ready for disruption when it arrived, and whether the real estate profession can learn from their responses. 

They argue that we must adapt and have an ear to the ever-shifting expectations of the home buying and selling public if we want to successfully navigate the challenges and opportunities that the future presents.
