The BC Real Estate Association’s (BCREA) Standard Forms launch is the latest update to their standard forms that includes new forms, clauses, and revisions to existing forms. 

This November 15 update includes:

• A new counterparts term
• New heritage and archaeological questions in the Property Disclosure Statements
• A new Releasing Trust Account Deposit Funds Clause
• Additional language meant to provide greater clarity
• Housekeeping and formatting updates
