Our Commercial Broadcast Email Service (CBES) now has a mobile version to help us better serve our commercial real estate members. We made other enhancements to the service of late that include:

  • Features to create and edit your emails, including new email signature options.
  • The ability to separate lease vs sale properties.
  • The ability to choose more than one area when sending a want email.

Geographic realignment

As of November 7, the CBES has new boundaries defined by BC’s economic regions of interest:

About the CBES

The CBES is an online platform started in 2011 that Commercial members use to send email messages about commercial sales, leasing ‘haves and wants’, and professional knowledge.

Commercial REALTORS® across BC use the CBES to:

  • Find valuable property information not found on any other service. 
  • Monitor the market based on property type preferences. 
  • Access informative marketing email analytics.
