As part of our commitment to cybersecurity, Commercial Edge is implementing new password requirements and multi-factor authentication (MFA) to our secure login screen.  

We’re adding MFA starting April 4, 2024.  

MFA is an additional layer of security that goes beyond the traditional username and password. It requires a user to verify their identity using a second factor – a unique code sent to their email or mobile device. 

Starting April 4, when you login into Commercial Edge, you’ll be prompted to provide an email generated code to prior to each login. 

Update the mobile phone field in your profile

In the coming weeks, we’re asking all users to update your Commercial Edge profile to add a mobile phone number.  

To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Login into commercialedge.ca 
  2. Navigate to 'My Account'
  3. Update the field titled ‘Mobile Phone'
  4. Click save

In the screenshot below, the mobile phone field is in the centre of the 'Profile' tab. Once you've updated it, click the orange save button at the top right of the screen.
