Paragon Commercial’s update improves the way the system tracks and reports commercial data: 

• The Lease Rate per Sq. Ft. field populates into the appropriate fields based on Lease Type for all historical lease listings; and
• The Land Size Sq. Ft. and Acres Sq. Ft. fields includes decimal points. 

These changes provide us with historical data that was previously unavailable using our existing reports and more accurately reflects land sizes on your commercial listings.
