Everything you need to know about SentriKey

- SentriKey is the free mobile app you need to use your SentriLock lockbox.

- Only one device can be registered to your lockbox - update with Member Relations at memberservices@rebgv.org or 604-730-3090.
The SentriKey mobile app is your primary tool to use our SentriLock lockboxes.
With SentriKey, you can:
- receive instant notifications,
- customize showing instructions,
- manage contacts and track access,
- link to third-party integrations like HomeSpotter,
- and more!
Download the app for free
Search for “SentriKey real estate” in the Google Play or Apple App stores. The app is free to download.
Use the same login information you use for the SentriCard utility program or SentriLock’s website to access the app.
Follow the prompts on the setup wizard. When you’re finished, you’ll be ready to go!

If you’re new to SentriLock, you can take this SentriKey app training.
There’s also a library of how-to videos that demonstrate how to use the app.
Minimum requirements
To run SentriKey, your mobile device needs to be on either:
- iOS 13 or above, or
- Android 8.0 or above.
Only one device can be registered with your lockbox
In the wake of recent security issues, we’ve restricted access to Sentrilock lockboxes to one registered device per member.
To update or change your preferred device for accessing your lockbox, contact Member Relations at 604-730-3090 or memberservices@rebgv.org.
If you need to do this in advance of a weekend showing, make sure you contact Member Relations before 5 pm on the Friday before.
