The Economics Microsite brings together a streamlined set of our publicly available statistics and economics content, into an easy-to-understand format that you and your clients can access at any time, free of charge.

These charts, dashboards, and other analytics will help you and your clients navigate the ups and downs of the market, and to promote a deeper understanding of the important factors that drive our market trends.

There are three main tools on the microsite: the blog, analytics, and downloads.

The blog is a collection of articles written by the GVR Economics team designed to inform  members and their clients about the GVR residential and commercial markets.

Analytics contains publicly available statistics and forecasts produced by the GVR Economics team. This section also houses a new product called ChartBook – a downloadable collection of simple, no-frills aggregate-level statistics in a clean, presentable, branded format, that anyone can use free of charge.

Downloads is where you and your clients can access the raw data behind the dashboards and charts we provide on the microsite.

In the past, our economics content and publicly available data was often difficult for members, the public, and the media to find together in one place.

The Economics Microsite makes this data more accessible and visible to your current and potential clients, who we hope will connect with members directly for more detailed sub-market level information and guidance.

As members, you are already able to access more detailed statistics through tools like Paragon or Stats Centre, and the microsite is not intended to duplicate these existing tools – it is a supplementary addition to them that is publicly accessible.

As it exists today, the microsite is just the first step of a broader strategy for providing market data and other relevant information to members, their clients, the public, and the media. 

And the technology we are using to power the site represents a significant technological step forward for our organization, allowing use to create, expand, and modify the site in any way we choose, without having to contract with external providers of these often-costly services.
