Multifactor authentication (MFA) for SentriLock and SentriKey app users will begin on February 27. SentriKey users must update the app to the most current version for MFA to work on their devices. 

Expect some minor changes when you log in to your SentriLock account or your SentriKey app that day. 

• When you log in to the website, you’ll be prompted to answer one of your preset security questions before you can proceed. 
• When you log in to the app, you’ll be prompted to answer one of your preset security questions before you can proceed ONLY IF you don’t have a biometric touch ID/face ID log in enabled. 

All SentriLock and SentriKey users were required to create new, stronger passwords last year as part of a series of security enhancements they’ve developed, including a lockout feature after three failed log in attempts.
