Based on your feedback, we added a feature to allow your buyers to search for listings using Paragon’s Collab Centre.

You can access these searches from the Buyer Activity section on the contact page.

How it works

You need to adjust settings in Collab Centre to enable your buyers to create and save their own searches. 

Once set up, you can:

  • Limit the property types your clients will be able to search for,
  • Determine which clients can use the search feature, 
  • Set up saved searches for each client, and
  • Set up notifications so you can see when your clients create new searches or edit existing ones.

Each client can have up to 10 saved searches, which includes their own searches and the ones you set up for them. 

Your buyers can edit their own searches but won’t be able to edit the saved searches you’ve set up for them.

For buyers

Once you’ve activated client searches, your buyers can access the property search from their dashboard page. 

The search is map based, so your buyer will first see a map search screen when they start a search. From there, they can enter specific search criteria using a series of drop-down menus located above the map. Search criteria includes:

  • Address
  • Location
  • Price
  • Bedrooms
  • Bathrooms
  • Property type
  • And more
