If you’re a commercial Realtor pursuing the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, you can apply for scholarships for the required courses. 

Fill out the application form to apply for one of three available scholarships that can be used towards course fees for the CCIM CI 102, 103, or 104 courses:

• The Phil Nesrallah CCIM Scholarship ($1,000 value)
• The Sandy Shindleman CCIM Scholarship ($1,000 value)
• The Mercedes Wong CCIM Scholarship ($500 value)

Applicants must:

• Be a dues-paying member of the Western Canada CCIM Chapter
• Be actively engaged in a career in commercial real estate
• Demonstrate a need for financial assistance
