An on-demand course that covers a range of aspects and issues that REALTORS® need to be aware of when assisting clients who are buying and selling new homes. This course covers the fundamentals of the Homeowner Protection Act, examines practical implications for REALTORS® who are dealing with new homes, and showcases some case studies which demonstrate what may constitute a breach of the Homeowner Protection Act, which can ultimately lead to the collapse of a real estate transaction.
