The Rules of Cooperation are a common set of standards and rules governing members’ interactions with each other as they work to bring buyers and sellers together.
Four BC real estate boards have adopted these rules: Chilliwack & District Real Estate Board, Fraser Valley Real Estate Board, BC Northern Real Estate Board, and the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver.
They are, in effect, your “rules of engagement,” and describe the kind of behaviour that you are entitled to expect from your colleagues.
